February 1 The pictorial directory will be posted on the Gerhardinger web site. It can be downloaded as needed by units.
Units are responsible to see that each community has access to the pictorial directory of chapter members.
Recommendations for General Leadership 2012 ( YAS, GD 98 )
2012
March 8 Materials sent from Preparatory Commission to begin the recommendation process for general leadership.
June 7 Names of recommendees are sent to a unit council.
June 30 Unit Leaders send names of recommendees to the General Council.
July 31 General Council makes the names available to chapter members and the entire congregation.
